Empowering the Girl Child – Outreach to Ijapo High School
In partnership with the Pad a Girl Initiative, Saffire Charity Foundation visited Ijapo High School to empower young girls with knowledge and support around menstrual health. The outreach focused on educating the girls about personal hygiene, how to confidently manage their menstrual cycle, and breaking the silence around menstruation.
Sanitary pads were distributed to all girls present, along with open and honest conversations about self-worth, health, and growth. Most importantly, we shared the message of hope and love through the Gospel, reinforcing their identity and value as young women.
This outreach was more than a visit—it was a step toward dignity, education, and spiritual upliftment for every girl in attendance.
